The Project consists of the
reconstruction of the road the secondary roads from “Plepa” Roundabout to “Golem”
underpass on both sides, identified by the designer as “AM” and “AD”. The road
rehabilitation is followed by the construction of the new networks of the underground
facilities such as drainage electrical and road lighting.
The main objectives are:
Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB), Small Works (One-Envelope Bidding Process) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. |
