Projekti do të mundësojë lidhjen e dy rrugëve nacionale (SH4-SH8) dhe përfshin edhe një degëzim që mundëson lidhjen me qytetin e Vlorës. |

The projects submitted have lower contract amount than the criterion or are executed out of the requested period. 4. IL&FS Transportation Network Limited India – Fails to fulfil the similar contracts criterion 2 similar contracts out of 5 submitted. – Power of attorney is missing – Fails to comply with the outstanding works criterion.
